Overview
Built a unifying design system across B2B and B2C fintech products while supporting international expansion.
Context
Qwist operates banking-switching products across European markets with separate B2B and B2C streams.
The challenge
Separate product experiences created inconsistencies, slowed development, and made it harder to scale efficiently across markets.
My role and impact
I led the creation of the Vault design system, aligning visual language, components, and interaction patterns across B2B and B2C platforms. This reduced duplicated design and development effort and created a scalable foundation for continued growth.
I also led research and redesign across the full product experience, simplifying key flows to make the journey more intuitive and easier to scale. The improved experience streamlined the product for new clients and contributed to a 12% uplift in upsell and conversion performance.
The outcome was a more cohesive cross-market experience, a smoother client journey, and a stronger structural foundation for expansion.
