Overview
Built a unifying design system across B2B and B2C fintech products while supporting international expansion.
Context
Qwist operates banking-switching products across European markets with separate B2B and B2C streams.
The challenge
Separate product experiences created inconsistencies, slowed development, and complicated expansion into new markets.
My role and impact
I led the creation of the Vault design system, aligning visual language, components, and interaction patterns across B2B and B2C platforms. This reduced duplication across teams and created a scalable foundation for continued growth.
In parallel, I led research and redesign efforts for the Spanish market, refining onboarding and key flows to improve clarity and trust in a new regulatory and cultural context.
The outcome was a more cohesive cross-market experience and a stronger structural foundation supporting product expansion.
